  • Abstract
    A mine environmental monitoring system based on MCU is designed. The system is composed of hardware and user software. As slave machine, the control system can monitor the complex coal mine environmental factors, upload monitoring data and control the designed environmental equipment. The user software stores the uploaded data in a database, draws curves and makes a prediction. After analyzing and processing the data, control commands will be sent to the control system. The harmful gas filter and oxygen generating device are designed and applied in this system, which make the adjustment of environmental factors possible. Through the use of improved multi-sensor information fusion algorithm, the stability and accuracy of this system were improved. Tests indicate that this system achieve desired objectives.
