Abstract
This presentation will provide three modes or stages for Chinese companies to integrate their supply chain logistics systems. The first step is to integrate the internal system of a company with the example of Haier??s business unit reshuffle, the second is the integration by neighboring companies along the supply chain where TCL and Xidan set the tone for the success in logistics system re-engineering, the last stage is to integrate whole supply chain which is difficulty but prospective for bigger success in supply chain logistics system optimization, Jinhui company??s experience will be well introduced, the most important idea in this case is the operation mode of tourist companies. Based on classical theories on organization and strategy management, the speaker is in pursuits of facilitation of the application of the three modes.
