Abstract :
Conventional image matching methods are based on statistical information. But actually, images contain a lot of fuzzy information. Based on fuzzy set similarity, a new fuzzy matching algorithm is presented in this paper. As fuzzy theory has the ability of describing fuzzy information contained in images, the method based on fuzzy similarity should give good performance for image matching
