  • Abstract
    To the characteristic of effect that resonance parameter makes, related to the Magnetic thermal coupling effect in electromagnetic hearting for plat, a new structure of power source by induction hearting is designed that it has reliable resonant frequency with shadowing property in the load. The power main circuit structure is composed of series resonant half bridge, using CD4046 phase-locking and adjusting SG3525 to realize frequency tracking, solving the magnetic thermal coupling effect on the changing of output power. Saber software simulink the topological structure of the main circle and design a sample of machine. The data and wave form of texting indicate that the two PWM generator, frequency tracking control circuit in the phased locking loop with high reliability can make the phase angle of driving voltage and the current of main circuit sure to make it lock and build. The inverter is made sure to work in situation of quasi-resonance.
