Abstract :
Magnetic tunnel junctions MTJs are widely used by both theorists and experimentalists to study the spin-polarized electron transport in magnetic nanostructures [1-5]. The important trends are to study high-frequency properties of MTJs under the influence of the "ac" bias voltage [5]. Such studies will allow a deeper understanding of physical processes occurring in MTJs at high frequencies, as well as to create fundamentally new types of spintronic devices. In our work we have found that a real part of the tunnel magnetoimpedance in terahertz and infrared frequency ranges can undergo a enormous change.
