Abstract
The efficiency of relationship management among supply chains can be improved greatly for the progress of information technology theoretically, especially in the e-procurement business. But for the risks and various characters in different industries, we have few clear methods to help corporations to decide the level and extent to adopt and apply the e-based procurement form. In this article we present a new method to measure the decision-making modes of e-procurement based on the rough set theory, for the RS theory is quite objective and efficient for classifying and evaluating elements. We take a given decision-making matrix of e-procurement as the object; measure the importance of decision-making factors by the thought of attribute importance in RS theory according to the characters of given industry, and then put forward the method to choose the best e-procurement mode. We also use an example to illustrate this method.
