Abstract :
This paper established an enterprise logistics costs control system including order processing, procurement, warehousing, producing and transportation these five subsystems. On this basis an evaluation index system was introduced at five aspects of cost, quality, time, information and services to measure costs of each logistics subsystem. Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established by using accelerated genetic algorithm (AGA) method to check and correct the consistency of judgment matrix and to calculate the weight of the indicators in evaluation index system to evaluate the logistics costs control system. Finally, the case shows that this method is easy, universal and objective and corresponding recommendations on applying logistics costs control system were also given.
