Abstract
Aiming at the limitation of the xPC target toolbox in driving I/O devices for hardware-in-the-loop simulation under MATLAB RTW, the driver is written with a CS function development so as to solve the problem of computer supporting I/O devices. Based on the analysis of the basic principles and structure of the drivers, the solutions to key problems, such as register operations and base address looking for, are put forward and the PCI-1710 driver is developed. The experiments are done on the two assembly personal computers, where A/D sampling frequency can be up to 10 kHz, the signal can be displayed in real-time and driver can run for a long time. Experimental results show that the development driver is stable and portability.
