Abstract
Network management is rapidly becoming one of the most pressing problems in data communications as networks continue to grow at a rapid pace, new network technologies are introduced, and more varied network services are offered. Advanced technologies must be used to provide the software and tools needed to create, operate, control and manage these networks. The article proposes a methodology which utilizes the object as a unique and continuous support from analysis to implementation of network management applications
