Abstract :
With the development of pipeline integrity management, testing and evaluation of the oil and gas pipelines inner wall coating receives more and more attention. This system is designed based on the detection of the pipe wall coating, moving car carrying the control detection device in the pipeline for corrosion detection. The test car is designed permanent magnet adsorption, wheeled walking brushless DC motor drive. Mobile control and measurement systems, include hardware and software systems: the hardware control panel using STC12C5A60S2 master chip, carrying the host computer receiving module, driving wall-climbing robot to walk and coating thickness acquisition; the software system consists mainly of C # visual part of the host computer and the next bit microcontroller control program design. The system can achieve to carry corrosion detection device and the romote control module. Coating thickness measurement detection climbing robot can detect in a timely the coating thickness of the pipe wall. The position that the thickness of the coating is not up to requirement timely is positioned, coating thickness measurement detection climbing robot can minimize economic losses.
