Abstract :
In view of the current monitoring the realistic demand, this paper proposes using the 3G multilink bundle fusion technology of the wireless audio and video monitoring system, the system adopts the 3G link bound to reuse technology, the high quality of H.264 encoding technology, the intelligent streaming technology, so as to realize audio and video monitoring function, improve the quality and performance of the wireless mode transmission image sound, enhance the stability and real-time property of the system.
