Based on the relevant research home and abroad, the paper chooses the agility supply-chain as the research object, defines the content of information sharing, constructs the agility supply-chain information sharing module, and uses Lingo software to do the relevant analysis of the impact brought by the information sharing. As a result of the information sharing, the whole revenue, demand satisfaction and profit all improved to some extent, and when the supply-chain scale reaches its medium level, information sharing will bring the largest value.
