Abstract :
Against the balance of beam pumping unit, power technology balance on beam pumping unit is proposed on the basis of kinetic analysis. The balance technology uses RMS minimum power, instead of RMS torque minimum. Oil pumping motor power curve which is satisfied Dirichlet conditions is expanded into convergent trigonometric series. By adjusting the position of balance blocks on oil pumping unit, first-Order sinusoidal component size on the expanding model can be changed to achieve RMS power minimum. The energy saving of beam pumping unit can be realized. Practical application shows that the average saving rate reaches 3.17%.
