Abstract
Based on the observation and the analysis of the total amount and the procurement benefit of the defense importation in the process of China´s entry into WTO, this article positively researches rules of the actual supply price influenced by the foreign trade policy adjustment, points out that in the process of opening nation foreign trade market the policy adjustment will cause the general actual supply price to present the tendency of the staged development, and its characteristic of short-term increase will influence MGM importation amount via the supply-demand equilibrium and which will influence the procurement benefit together with the phenomenon of equivalent tariff dispersal. Meanwhile, the article put forward some management proposals for each development phase.
