  • Abstract
    To solve the current problems, such as, the current the gluten washing instrument degree of automation is low, we need to repeated washing, we know that the results by using the human eye is easy to be vulnerable by the subjective and objective factors. So, we developed a new gluten washing instrument by using a ADUC7026 as its core controller. Here we elaborate the details of the various components of the apparatus and the processes of software designing. According to a large number of experiments, we know that: the experiment done by this device has reached international standards, and the degree of automation is high. Besides, this instrument can get out results of washing rapidly and accurately.
