Abstract
Innovation process and the influencing factors on its success or failure should be managed in an integrative way. However, an integrated model for innovation management does not yet exist. In this paper, an attempt is made to develop an integrated model for innovation management that simultaneously addresses exploitative and exploratory innovation. Drawing on the knowledge management perspective, the influences of knowledge management resources and processes on exploitative and exploratory innovation are identified. Furthermore, the co- evolutionary relationship between exploitative and exploratory innovation is analyzed.
