Abstract :
How to choose right logistics suppliers has always been a problem that key to logistics outsourcing for the manufacturing enterprises. This paper, based on the actual need of manufactures, uses extension set theory, matter-element model and cluster analysis, from both qualitative and quantitative, providing a combining model to choose the right logistics providers scientifically.
