Abstract
To avoid spoilage and waste in present vegetable circulation, the solution for the reengineering of vegetable circulation processes has been proposed in this paper according to the physical features of short-life-cycle time and putrescibility of vegetable. To solve the problem, the collaborative model for information communion and co-forecasting among farms, distribution center of suppliers and retailers has been established to predict actual demand accurately. Basing on the model, the processes and procedures reengineering for distribution center has been presented to make prompt response and reduced inventory. Finally, the standard operations of vegetable planting, cultivating, packing, processing and distribution abide by the criterions of HACCP has been put forward to warrant the quality and safety of vegetable products.
