  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. We present results on the first demonstration, to out knowledge, of an angled grating /spl alpha/-DFB laser operating at 1.06 /spl mu/m. We report on single-mode operation up to 1.2 W cw in a diffraction-limited beam.
