Research on Construction of the Enterprise´s Core Competitiveness from the View of Complex Scientific Management

Confronted with the "change or perish" dilemma, enterprises have realized that creative destruction should be carried out and the core competitiveness should be build and developed. From the perspective of complex scientific management, creative destruction is made on the basis of innovation about the business operating mode by constantly exploiting the core resources and then integrating them to construct the core competitiveness. In this paper, the theories of complex scientific management are briefly introduced. And from the perspective of innovation based on the resources\´ integration, the definition of management is reshaped and the five basic theories of complex scientific management are logically reconstructed. Then, from the perspective of complex scientific management, the content of the enterprise\´s core competitiveness is analyzed and its construction ideas are proposed in details in this article.
