Abstract :
Information technology is one of the key factor affects the enterprises´ competitiveness in a modern economy. After reviewing the characteristics, value of strategies on SMEs information technology adoption and the relationship between the competitiveness and IT, this paper analyzed the connections between the IT adoption strategies and SMEs growth in the competitive world. It also addressed the management efficiency improvement, innovation strategies and E-business development as effective strategic methods for companies´ future expansion.
