Abstract

After carrying out comprehensive and systematic analysis of the situation of higher education quality, which is constrained by lack of teaching quality active self-restraint system, institutionalization and the guarantee system of whole-control, the author develops the teaching management system based on the ldquowork flowrdquo pattern. The author, first, in pace with the current educational background, analyzes the research necessity, feasibility and application prospects of the teaching management system based on ldquoworking flowrdquo pattern, then elaborates the train of thought on the system research and development, finally introduces the solutions to key problems in detail.
