  • Abstract
    This paper presents the impact of EG on the distribution system voltage, power flow and losses. The power flow for different power factors of EG has been studied by simulating network in MiPower software. The studies also reveal the optimum scenario required in designing a control loop for obtaining a better voltage profile and minimize the losses in the power system network. A case study is also simulated showing the essentiality of power system studies for properly planned and operated EG.
