Abstract :
Due to the uncertainty about the corporate culture quantitative measurement caused by the subjectivity of respondents´ answers on the corporate culture questionnaires, the paper proposes a new integrated method which aggregates the intermediate variables through the discrete choquet fuzzy integrals and adopts Yager´s fuzzy entropies to measure the uncertainties of these intermediate variables in order to avoid the subjectivity and complexity of attribute-weight allocation and improve the accuracy of corporate culture´s quantitative measurement. The application of the proposed method in an international hotel culture measurement demonstrates that it is feasible and valid. Generally the method can be used widely in related studies.
