Abstract :
Robust parameter design is a quality engineering method that aims at reducing sensitivity to hard-to-control variation in products and manufacturing. This paper´s research mainly pays attention to estimate the performance measure of dynamic characteristic parameter design. Based on the related researches, the paper proposes the correlation coefficient and S/N to estimate the linearity of response with signal factor and the dispersion effects of response. The results are illustrated with example of measuring micro amount of As using spectrophotometer. Based on the robust parameters design the optimum experimental conditions and the ideal work curve are obtained. It can be applied to determination of micro amount of As about pretreatment the bacteria in the difficult to soak gold ore by spectrophotometer.
