Abstract
The development of zero voltage switching (ZVS) techniques has attracted many industrial applications. In this paper, a resonant type ZVS buck-boost power converter is described and a ZVS chopper system linked with a buck-boost component is presented as an improved circuit. The operational features of the proposed ZVS chopper system are described and used to show that this system is very suitable for high power and high efficiency DC to DC power converters.<>
