Abstract
This paper starts with an introduction on the e-commerce and the importance of e-commerce in making business, especially Business-To-Business (B2B) e-commerce. By giving a comparison of some of the existing B2B frameworks and ebXML as one of the most widely spread framework and explaining sample scenarios of online business, the implementation issue for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is discussed. Finally, by analyzing the B2B framework scenarios and the implementation issue, a proposal to remove the barriers for entrance in the B2B e-commerce area for SMEs is proposed.
