Analysis on integration efficiency of port cluster resources based on DEA model

At present, Shandong government brings forward the strategic objective of building Qingdao into the international shipping center. But because the port resources have not been effectively integrated, redundant construction and vicious competition still exist which constrain the port development. This paper will discuss the port integration mechanism by applying DEA model, set up corresponding evaluation system, and evaluate the effect of integration of port cluster resources of Shandong Peninsula. On this basis, against the status quo of port resources of Shandong province, we give some measures and suggestions of integration, and providing decision-making reference to the port resources of port cluster resources of Shandong Peninsula.
