Abstract

The core of coaches´ transformational leadership is to improve their idealized influence or charisma, and behavirol ability of intellectual stimulation, inspiritual motivation and individual consideration. Coaches´ transformational leadership development is important for themselves´ career promotion, sports teams´ success and education to talented athletes. Sports management department should take appropriate measures to enhance the role of coaches for their own understanding of leadership; to strengthen the job training of coaches and to enhance coaches´ transformational leadership in all dimensions.
