Abstract :
The implementation of the intellectual property right (IPR) strategy of Chinese tobacco industry requires the research and application, which should be considered seriously by national tobacco regulation department and enterprises. Implementing the IPR strategy may grant Chinese tobacco industry a better legal support and a stronger development force.
