Abstract :
Application of Intelligent transportation system in information management has got much progress, it makes people much rely on traffic, logistic information service. In this paper we introduces a design of function of third part logistics virtual enterprise information management (TPL-VEIM) in urban clusters, and take the third part logistics enterprise organization of Beijing-tianjin and some cities in hebei province , called Extend-Beijing Region (BTHR) for example. After the discussion on recently study trend in systems science, the systems methodology for knowledge and logistics organization management of TPL-VEIM is proposed in order to form TPL in urban clusters. Finally, we sum up the organization negotiation and human knowledge management model in the BTRH.
