Abstract :
This paper studies cost control system and knowledge management system, and presents a cost control structure of large scaled complex product development based on SOA, which is the mainstream system building ideology. Moreover, this paper gives a knowledge representation and inference engine of this kind of expert system, which enables the knowledge base and reasoning ability to be realized in an isolated way. As a whole, there is a high maintainability and a reasonable structure of the system.
