Abstract :
The conservancy and hydropower construction course is considerably difficult for understanding and learning. It is teeming with specific items, abstractive concepts, complicated relations and engineering drafts. Lacking of engineering concepts and experience will increase the difficulties for undergraduates to learn it. With rapid development of computer graphics, researches on Virtual Reality technology have boomed accordingly in many fields to provide a real or simulative environment with feeling of self participations. The VR technology could also work well in the teaching of conservancy and hydropower construction. In this paper, 2 study cases were given to demonstrate its performance in our classes in some extent.
