Abstract :
The post-evaluation of urban rail transit (URT) pays attention to the satisfaction degree of URT project to the social, economic and environmental benefit after its operation for some time. This paper uses some method system and practical efforts of project post-evaluation of URT for reference, connects it to practices of URT in China. It suggests that the objective entropy coefficient of post-evaluation criterion combine to the subjective weights of its importance in order to avoid incertitude and arbitrariness of the traditional way evaluating according to the expert´s marking. It also gives the influence post-evaluation of URT utilizing the entropy coefficient optimization model of the multi-criteria decision and gets scientific and rational result, and so provides scientific reference for the project post-evaluation work of URT.
