Abstract
Energy safety is an important and strategic problem, which relates to the economic development and national defense. Carrying on the research of energy safety forewarning is the basic of energy safety. Aiming at the uncertainty characteristic: fuzzy and random. This paper quoted entropy of the uncertainty system state into the Markov chain, and brings the entropy Markov chain model forward. At last, it evaluates the unborn coal energy safety state in our country by this model.
