Abstract :
LED driving power is mostly used switching power according to the characteristics of LED and the requirements of LED power supply. This paper points out the reasons for low efficiency of switching power supply: the loss of the power transistor and the loss of the rectifier diode. Phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS control can achieve the zero-voltage switching of leading leg and zero-current switching of lagging leg, reduce switching loss. The rectifier diode is substituted by low-impedance switching tube in the technology of synchronous rectifier, which can reduce the loss of output rectifier. Current-double rectification can reduce the output current ripple. The schematics are designed and simulated by the simulation software saber. The results achieved the desired goals.
