Abstract :
Quality design is defined as the quantitative description of quality objective distribution using three dimensions: product, lifecycle, and finding methods. Applying this method in product development, the quality of product components can be controlled respectively during the initial phases of the project lifecycle so as to achieve high quality product after assembling within the project attributes constraints. Besides the definition, factors that affect the distribution, such as size, type, complexity, technology accepted, and human resource status are analyzed, distribution rules are given and application framework, IDDMC model, is introduced.
