Abstract :
The exact solution of the establishment process in the oscillating circuit with dielectric is obtained. Its closed form gives us opportunities to consider different cases of an interaction between the collective microscopic movement of the elementary oscillators and the macroscopic field in the oscillating circuit. This interaction may be slight and then the macroscopic field oscillations are determined with the established parameters of the circuit. But it may be essential and then we observe two different simultaneous movements. There may be two oscillations with different frequencies. All these modes of interaction are determined with correlations between microscopic parameters of the dielectric and macroscopic parameters of the oscillating circuit. The possibility of these modes must be taken into consideration and may be used for pulse shaping
