Abstract :
This article discusses the concept of objective evaluation of road construction projects and confirms the estimator to evaluate, based on the formers´ research on objective evaluation. We evaluate the target of road construction project at the owner´s position, and constructively put forward a suit of indices using the logical framework approach on the objective evaluation of road construction. The course of evaluation is also involved briefly.
