Abstract :
In this paper, we present an explicit rate-based flow control scheme for ABR services, which is based on the linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) control-theoretic approach. The goal of our scheme is to share the available bandwidth capacity fairly among many sources while maintaining the queue length at a bottleneck node at a desired level
