Relation of the Project Manager Leadership and Performance

This paper is to propose the index system on evaluation of the project manager leadership and project performance through analysis the influence factors of project manager leadership to the project performance, as well as to establish the LISREL structural model by using the structural equation model to describe the relationship of project manager leadership and performance. The method of questionnaires has been adapted to collect datum. Then, two hypotheses put forward have been demonstrated in empirical study: the project manager leadership has direct correlation to performance; the influencing factors of project manager leadership to performance are different, the project manager´s individual influence is the most remarkable.
