Research on the Theory and Model of Moderate Cost of Enterprise´s Informational Resources Allocation

"The more investment, the more outcomes" is the erroneous opinion of information resources allocation in enterprise. This paper research the enterprise\´s information transfer and coordinate process through mathematical analysis method. On the basis of analysis of informational resources allocation characteristics and rules, this paper constructed the allocation cost moderate scale model which according to the relations between the cost and effectiveness.
