Abstract :
In this work we perform a study of how noise influences the operation of time delay based networks trained using the discrete time backpropagation (DTB) algorithm on signal prediction problems in terms of the prediction goodness ratio. The noise in the inputs and targets is considered. In addition, the influence of noise on the distribution of computations throughout the nodes of the network is tested
