Abstract
Knowledge management (KM) and supply chain management (SCM) has become the important success factors in this emerging era of information and competitive. This research discusses the sharing knowledge in SCM and presents a hierarchical model of it. The difficulties and complexity of KM in SCM are argued based on complexity theory and complex adaptive system theory. In the fourth section a knowledge management system framework based on multi-agents and Internet is proposed, which has the characteristics as intelligent, flexible, cross-platform and automatic etc.
