Abstract
To explore the relationships among knowledge sharing, innovative capabilities and firm performance, Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that knowledge sharing influenced innovative capabilities while innovative capabilities influenced firm performance positively, but knowledge sharing didn´t have a direct influence on firm performance. As anticipated, the intervening effect of innovative capabilities between knowledge sharing and firm performance was significant. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
