  • Abstract
    To meet the challenges in the modern business world, every organization must have a complete structure to maintain its management and system. Nowadays organizational structure totally depends on an automated system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrates internal and external information across the entire organization embraces finance/accounts, manufactures, sales and service; and automates these activities with an integrated computer-based application. ERP is a complex software system used to manage information required to run large organization. The main goal of an ERP is data flow among the departments of an organization. Two modules named, Schedule Manager and Notice Manager have been integrated with ERP. Throughout the experiment on ERP based software named - Software Application Production (SAP), some key ways have been explored through which the software performs better with more user friendly.
