Abstract
NEMO is an extension to MIPv6 to enable support for network mobility, nested mobility is a scenario where a mobile router allows another mobile router to attach to its mobile network. A system software architecture that designed and implemented on NEMO defines two entities to achieve network functions: The control plane, in charge of the signaling protocol, and the forwarding plane, in charge of the packet processing. This architecture allows running the function on equipments where the control element and the forwarding element are physically separated. This research focuses on how to design a universal and well usable system software architecture on NEMO and its extensions.
