Abstract

Technological innovation is the main power of the district economy development. Tianjin Binhai New Area has been the third capsheaf in the development of Chinese economy. The author illustrates the situation about the technological innovation of the enterprises in Tianjin Binhai New Area to analyze the basic status and the important effect of the technological innovation in the economy development in Binhai New Area firstly, then the article makes a deep analysis on the problems of the technological innovation of the enterprises in Tianjin Binhai New Area and points out that the bottleneck in it. Finally the article puts forward the detailed measures and directions to the problems on the basis of personnel, fund, recourse, regulation and culture combined the fact of Tianjin Binhai New Area.
