Development Strategy of Green Logistics Based on SWOT Matrix--A Case Study

Green logistics is an environmentally friendly way of logistics, will be the development direction of urban logistics. Although the economic development in Hangzhou, the ancillary logistics services, particularly the green logistics has been the slow development, urban green development status is not optimistic. In this paper, SWOT analysis on the green logistics status of Hangzhou, the green logistics development strategy is obtained. The results are useful for the improvement of urban environmental management issues, as well as the implementation of green logistics.
