Abstract
In view of the problem of real-time video transmission, the paper puts forward a kind of the method for congestion control based on video transmission, the method achieves congestion control by means of the adjustment of transmission rate of video, in comparison with other algorithms for congestion control, this algorithm synthetically considers the two factors of delay jitter and packet loss rate, thus to preferably reduce packet loss rate of video and delay jitter and to improve the quality of video transmission.
